C2A), C3 or C4 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (as amended), shall be deemed a clear breach of this restriction."

We will add a neighbourhood Covenant restriction boost at the Land Registry. Note you will need to get surrounding neighbours in a cluster to make this fully effective so they are protected from your property and you from them

  • The product is designed to make a neighbourhood be able to force a T379 request at the land registry at a cost of around £1700 before Legal Costs of the attempting breaching Party. If they do not go and this restriction is in place we can help with the Action / Remedy process.
  • You would be written to by the Land Registry should anyone in the Cluster attempt to remove the  Restriction.
